SAMAT CROSS SUNSET EXCLUSIVE

Twice a year the sun sets at a certain spot as it makes its excursion between the solstices.  On March 26, the sunset will align with the Cross at the Dambana ng Kagitingan atop Mt. Samat, Bataan, and with Torre de Manila.  On March 26, when positioned on the roofdeck of Torre, with a long, telephoto lens and the blessing of clear skies, you can capture the sun setting directly behind the giant cross of Mt. Samat. The sun will not align with the cross from this spot on any other summer day this year.

There will also be a lecture on Cityscape Photography with Telephoto Lenses and how to plan shots with the Sun, Moon and the Milky Way.

This workshop experience is open to users of ALL types of cameras and camera brands. Bring your dslr or mirrorless camera and, if you want the best sunset and samat cross shot, the longest telephoto lens you can bring. We will have plenty of time to do other cityscape shots from the roofdeck of TDM.  You can also bring and fly your drones.

Registration is only P1,500. We are only opening 20 slots for this event so hurry, register and confirm your slot as soon as possible.
